Client Services Agent
You like engaging with people, being the provider of solutions and leaving those you interact in a better place than when you started talking to them ? - Full proficiency in English and French, spoken and written
- Outgoing and client-oriented
- Patient and communicative
- Support CaSA clients, through email, phone or online tools for any question that arises regarding sales, shipping, service, use or configuration of hardware and software sold by CaSA
- Answer phone enquiries from vendors, collaborators and team members
- Support the executive team with administrative work
- Participate in daily operations in various roles
- Be part of CaSA’s future !
- Experience in consumer electronics support (mobiles, computers, retail electronic, etc)
- Knowledgeable in basic Internet connectivity (LAN, WiFi, mobile, etc)
- Knowledge of networks and relationships between household/consumer equipments
- General interest in IoT, green energy, smart home or technology in general
- Love airplanes ! (we are, after all, located on an airport)
